You forgot to put "it's their club they can do what they want, if you don't like it get your hands in your pockets and buy the club off them"

It's all well and good calling for the trust to build bridges but the ball is well and truly in the hands of the club. If not Ehab i think the club has a new communication and marketing man. One would of thought the first thing he should have done would be to try and build bridges with the fans, did he?

Well one of his suggestions made it into the, very short, list
I've updated the first post with any specific suggestions
I'll try to keep doing that, in the same vein as the transfers thread

My view's not changed Kemps. This isn't the place to discuss or canvass ideas for the Trust. If people want engagement then contact them directly, turn up to meetings. This is an anonymous forum & as such it's not possible to have an open discussion.

I also believe if people want a say then people should pay their subs first.

I suggest the Trust carry on as they are. As far as I can tell, they're doing all they can. Ehab told The Yorkshire Post he would like to talk to the fans, but that we weren't prepared to listen.

In Allam world, that translates to 'They won't agree with me', they won't do as I say and they won't pay the money I ask.

I don't know what options that leaves us with. Where do we go from there?

Ideally, we want them gone, we want them to sell. How can we campaign for them to sell when they are claiming the club is already up for sale?

    I have no answers.

Maybe the Trust need to have a vote on whether they try to engage or its firm no and Allams Out and continue or restart protests. Bit of a Brexit vote really.

OLM and or PLT have said on here a few times that the trust has written to the club asking/offering to meet them, the club didn't reply. Is that still the case?

The ball is clearly with the club regarding any meeting.

The Allams won't engage with us Chazz. They're really quite stubborn, don't you know? From a personal point of view... I really don't know pal.

I know but you said you want them out anyway. If enough members feel the same then thats the way the Trust has to go.

I'm no DMD, Chazz. The Trust don't have to agree with everything I say. I won't kick off on here if my ideas aren't acted out.

I was keeping out of this, but not if bollocks like that ^^^^ is being spouted.

You don't like the Allams because they won't listen, but you don't want to see constructive criticism of the trust, even if it turns out they agreed and acted on it in the end.

Best to focus on things that are achievable I think...like the Allam's selling the club and world peace

The trust who I support unfortunately are a victim of their own success. It will be hard for the Allam's to enter dialogue with them, because of their campaign against the name change which result was successfully. They have written to Ehab on more than one occassion asking for a face to face meeting, and no response has been forthcoming, which isn't surprising.

I maybe wrong, but this rally cry from MS to fans, as well as Ehab's stage managed video does look as if it has been an attempt to try and start to repair matters with fans. I feel this is instigated by MS, and would it be worth the trust writing to MS rather than Ehab, as he may have some sway with Ehab and get him to sit down with fan groups to discuss grievances?

Can't have that, it was a suggestion / request from years ago at the FWG. The club are looking into it.
