I quite like the term Sour Daddies.
Gonna use that one from now on.

As both Arsenal and Chelsea fans sought to predict our imminent demise, I thought I'd cover both bases in one sentence.

Probably needed to express it more simply given the target audience

Not my fault you are too thick to understand how to extort money from a company without claiming dividends.
As if they are going to do that.

All the revenue Arsenal FC made in the last 4 years sitting in a piggy bank is it? <laugh>

I understand how some companies hide money, but you claimed that 'most of the money Arsenal made' was spent on Farms and Yachts for Directors. I am challenging you to prove that. Our accounts are publicly available. Listing all income and expenditure, including all payments to Directors and profits invested back into the club. So go ahead and show everybody how you've come to your conclusion.

Unless you think Arsenal have secretly given Kronke $725m to buy his Ranch <laugh>

If I could be arsed, and maybe you will want to do this.....
Check all the firms employed by Arsenal FC to do their building maintenance, marketing, cleaning firms.
I would bet top dollar that Arsenal board members are investors in some of not ALL of those firms.

Heck until a year ago, Kroenke was being paid £3m a year in "advisory" fees alone.
Like I said, there is a million ways to extort money from a business without making it immediately apparent on their accounts.

Sorry Bod but you are clutching at straws. There is a law called the Declaration of directors interests, issued by the companies act that states that directors have to state declarations of interest in existing transactions or arrangements. It's designed precisely to give transparency to the accusation you are making.

Arsenal's financial results are here so you can look for yourself if you want
    https://www.arsenal.com/the-club/corporate-info/arsenal-holdings-financial-results

I agree that the £3m consultancy fee was OTT, and so have the club. So they have ended it.
Other than that, there are the usual salaries, bonuses and pensions (not not all Arsenal directors take a salary etc)
The total amount for 2015-2016 was £2.9m for all of Arsenal's directors.

Arsenal's turnover was £353m for the financial year.
Your claim that 'most of the money Arsenal make is spent on Farms and Yachts for the directors' is a crock of ****e I'm afraid. <ok>

  15. Ouch!

Pixie gets owned on this subject every single time.

The silly ****er doesn't seem to have worked out that Spurs have been superb, overall, in the transfer market. As I said on another thread, I'd gladly settle for one Sissoko for every clutch of stars that we currently have.

Compare Spurs' current transfer and recruitment policy to that of Arsenal's, and they are chalk and cheese.

Any decent player is looking to desert Arsenal. It will only take for Lacazette to be a flop for there to be major ructions among the fans.

I suspect that it is going to be another hilarious season for the Gunners!

    These quotes are comedy gold.

You've already predicted that Lacazette is going to flop. Looking forward to seeing how this turns out for you :)

Mauricio Pochettino is happy with Tottenham's "quiet" transfer window as their top four rivals spend big because of his belief in Spurs' young squad. (ESPN FC)

Good luck with that marquee signing that you 'are certain will happen' @Hoddle Is A God

Yes, they have to declare it to the other board members, not the public <doh>
