Not sure about Dallas and O'Kane but I'm pretty sure they would be ok too.

Pretty sure we can easily meet the regulations from that list.

One also has to be "home developed' like Phillips or Vieira for example. If you don't have one then you are only allowed to name 6 subs instead of 7.

We are as concerned of non-league restrictions as you should be of EPL
