Your quote: ( Of course you mean't wouldn't) "I think you're right Federer has been extremely lucky this year. He would have touched Djokovic or Murray in peak form." Peak form, Federer would beat any tennis player that has ever lived. In fact, he's beaten everyone in the most recent history of the game (last 17 years). He is playing the best I have ever seen him play. Did you watch any of his matches this championship ? He's light years ahead of the other two ( 1 & 2) seeds, the injuries to them are irrelevant. Look at his history. Watch him for the rest of this tournament.
**** me choose your arguments but remember the general forum you're on with its basic rules. Deary me.
We have a no politics rule, we don't have a no sexism rule. Discussing the quality of someone's norks is perfectly fine, as long as it's done tastefully and nobody brings up Fiona Bruce.
I don't think that's what he's getting at, I imagine he's asking why there is a rule for one and not the other? Just saying 'ones a rule and the other isnt' isn't an answer.
What are you on about? I haven't complained about sexism. My point is why is politics 'banned'? I don't think we should have any such rules on here.
Politics is banned because it always ends up getting personal, for some there is no compromise, no meeting of minds, no accepting of another posters opinion.
I don't think saying someone has nice boobies is sexist. I don't think anyone would even suggest it was sexist if it was the equivalent being said about a man. (Not boobies obviously.)
This is my point. I know that it's done as a laugh but it's the fact you can get removed from a thread for saying less offensive remarks. Maybe it's just The Clique
I wouldn't moderate anything, don't really believe in censorship. My policy would be 'If you choose to come on here then anything goes, if you don't like it then **** the **** off'.
