    still not recieved hammers and gills tickets,ordered on the net 14/01/2014 and i am still waiting.

    try ringing the ground and guess what the phone lines are engaged.

    sort it out Bristol Sport what a bloody joke.

    Unable to get through on phones,i have managed to find a email if you guys are in the same position.

    i ordered tickets last week on the 14th January 2014 online for the west ham and Gillingham games, as of today at 16:20pm I have not received them.

    I have tried telephoning during the day today, the phone system is engaged continually.

    Please can you respond urgently and let me know if the tickets have been dispatched and when.

    They charged me a pound postage so I assume we have tickets supplied .have you had tickets ROD ? Or do you think they are going on your ST card

    no its tickets not loading on ST, mine took a week but here now, be patient peeps, theres a lot going on at AG at mo.

    After a lot of time, I managed to get through on the phone today and ordered mine for the Gills game....the lad said they will be posted in plenty of time so no need to worry just yet Red Robin.

    just spent 19 minutes holding on the phone to be told the MK Dons tickets have been sold out. Why not just say so on the phone message when you first ring! FFS

    I just got through to office,explained i still have not recieved tickets that were ordered on the 14th,the lady said we have been inundated with phone calls and emails.
    i said i have sent to emails and both have not had a responce.
    She said to me they were sent out on the 15th,so i said they should have been with me by the 17th.
    Then i said, i am not the only one still waiting for tickets.I also said why can the club not deal with 13000 aplications it is only a small amount.
    She then got quite defensive.
    I was told i can collect reprints tomorrow morning or on the day.

    Not bad if you charge every one a £1 and not post them out.
    Have to say bad bad service from the club.

    Glad I went down and collected my 6 tickets for block A of the Dolman last week. I can sit here looking at them.

    Might sell one to Russell Brand he's looking to pay silly money..:D
