Josh Tymon at No.3... http://talksport.com/football/best-...olds-based-stats-playing-europe-right-now?p=0
Ha, good point. You can say the same for Donnorumma, who is ****ing brilliant. I can see him being around longer than Buffon.
I would have thought that would have warranted a mention on the RH sports bulletins today....................but no. There seems to be no news from City and there hasn't been for over a week now. But RH find something to report every day on all the other sports and teams in the area, including a totally non-story today about a FC player wanting to win silverware this season with FC. I can see this friendly on Monday not getting any coverage at all. And I would like to see a gradual build up to Saturdays league game with Burnley, not only to actually have something about this areas only Premier League club on the local BBC but to help fill the stadium and give the club and game the priority billing that is should receive. But I'm not holding my breath.
I just expect them to report on good news about the area's only Premier League club especially when the news involves a local lad.
It's not 'news'. It isn't a FACT that he's the 3rd best 17 year old in Europe, it's based on ratings that were opinions.
RH always call him Young Josh Tymon, BBC started doing it as well. Guess that's his name now. Or YJT for short.
Radio Humberside have effectively been frozen out, the Allams won't talk to them, Ehab agreed a deal with Viking to be the preferred match broadcaster due to him getting the hump with Burnsy. They'll obviously do stuff as we approach the Burnley game and they'll do their regular commentary, but the lack of coverage is mainly down to the deliberate removal of access to the club.
If the opinion was that Tymon was the worse player in the Premier League do you think they would have ignored it ?
I'm well aware of the situation but it doesn't excuse the lack of City coverage on the daily sports bulletins. Your not telling me that RH interview a club spokesman every time they put out a news items are you ? I tune into RH for the sports bulletins and City are rarely mentioned. I know they do a decent coverage with the match commentary as they do with all the other local clubs but they also included news on all those clubs in the daily bulletins but nothing, or very little on City. That is my point.
I'm not sure what you expect in a sports bulletin, the team are in Portugal, there's no news, they're hardly going to include 'we're playing Burnley on Saturday' as a news item.
Why not freeze out RH? City should have air time proportional to our standing in the game and not equivalent to a couple of lower league Lincolnshire clubs, and that can't be gained by a radio station that covers the borders of two counties.
