so who do we think will come in and go out today then? I'd love Jon Greening if that is true. I would prefer a wide player though so Koren can head into the middle where he is best! I think Ash will leave and that will be about it on the exit front. Apart from city it should be an interesting day really. I think there will be some big moves. UTT
i'm gutted i got rid of sky about a year ago but thought i only watch SSN anyway so wasn't that bothered. then they take it off free view. I love transfer deadline day. Might have to go to pub tonight to watch it. SSN transfer clockwatch says Ayala to join Derby on loan for rest of season
I think we're a lot more likely to see incoming players after the window closes seeing as the loan window goes on for a while yet, be a case of let the big players do their stuff then look to see if we can get some un needed players in on loan
If it weren't for the fact we currently have the keeper (whichever we play), Gerrard, Evans and Stewart already on loan and in the side I'd agree. As it is we need at least 1 defender, and if Ashbee is going to go a replacement for him and only one of them can be a loanee.
i think we'll look to bring in someone on a perm today. Any ideas of a decent wide man. Still can't believe Commons only went for ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã300,000
Konchesky looks to be going to Forest. I still thank him for that 1st game in the prem. I can't believe Folan scored the winner though.
Greening would be a brilliant signing and one that could step into the shoes of Ashbee. Potential captaincy candidate too I would think.
From SSN: 10:41 @SkySportsbucko: Derby County have snapped up Liverpool defender Daniel Ayala on loan for the remainder of the season. Bugger!
Apparently Michael Johnson could be going to Portsmouth on loan. He'd be a perfect fit for our midfield!
Seen this on the Sky Sports website too.... Jack Rowbotham (Scunthorpe United) says... Was in Hull and saw Dedryck Boyata getting out of the back of a car in the KC stadium car park, possible loan?
A new signing! Dean Lisles from York til the end of the season http://www.hullcityonline.com/2011/features/news/ex-york-defender-joins-tiger
Ah so he was definetely the trialist then, win win deal i suppose, short term deal his wages will be nowt, if hes decent we win, if he doesnt make the grade, then it wont matter. Also encouraging to see we're still after other players.
nice to hear from you hessle tiger. Boyata would be ace but who would he replace as i like our centre back partnership
