Mendy has had an operation on his ankle and will be out for the rest of the season. Team for tonight: Kasper Fuchs Huth Benny Simpson Albrighton Ndidi Drinkwater Mahrez Okazaki Vardy
Would be delighted with a point. Last time we beat them in the league brian little was our manager and east 17 were the boy band of choice
I'd take a point. Each to there own but I'd like it noted that east 17 were never my boyband of choice
We deserve at least a point after this performance. Also in 1994 when we last beat Arsenal in the league it was Wet Wet Wet who were on top with this cheese:
Defended well although I though we gave the ball away unnecessarily at times. Very lucky goal for them and SANCHEZ, YOU ARE AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. I'm embarrassed for you!!
Sanchez a ignorant arrogant t**t! it's a good job players like that, think that they are to good to play for us .
Sanchez took the piss at the end - stood in front of Fuchs as he took a throw in so Fuchs threw the ball into his shoulder and he rolled around holding his face and got booked, then at the very end, he ran into Huth and went down holding his face again. Miy hopes of 50pts is all but gone.
Deserved a point but again done by bad luck away at Arsenal. Sanchez should be too embarrassed to look himself in the mirror tomorrow.
He is an exciting player and pleasing on the eye, but his decision making is poor. If he improves on this he will be a class player. Still very young though.
I don't normally post on other club's site but well done to Fuchs. He showed Sanchez to be a cheating prima donna.
Yes ... he only made Cech pull out a worldy and created another shooting chance from nothing by weaving through 3 of their defenders ... apart fom that we were all over them and if he hadn't played we'd have scored 5 ... the biggest problem we have at the moment with Mahrez is that when he gets the ball the opposition double and treble team him and he rarely has any other option available other than to try and take them all on ... Personally I want to see him moved centrally and let him pull the strings ... but we will need to bring in more quality to make that work properly
Your entitled to your opinion FF but don't try to belittle me Mahrez might be your lovechild! but Mahrez gives the ball away far to often and puts us under needless pressure reminds me of Jochim as one good game then six bad games.were he does sweet FA
Wasn't attempting to belittle Jamba ... not in any way ... but all of us (me included) tend to focus on the negatives of players that might not be our particular favourites and forget those things that they did well .. Mahrez give the ball away? yes he does on occasion ... but part of that is for the reasons I mentioned ... I suspect that if you looked at stats for balls given straight to opposition players then both Drinky and Marc Albrighton would have higher stats ... just my opinion but I tend to find myself saying "ffs Albrighton" fairly often during games after another round the corber pass goes straight to the opposition... yet he can come on like he did the other night and put in crosses that are undefendable against ... For me Mahrez is the most inventive individual we have ... his ball to Vardy at Palace was sublime and created a second goal that should have meant we took all 3 points ... that was only a couple of games ago ... he was also very good agaisnt Sevilia ... yet you think it's time to go? ... who was more of a threat to arsenal last nigh? (other than Christian Fuchs to Sanchez ) ..
