Wonder if Mark Hughes will defend him this time? Anthony Taylor did what Mike Oliver should have had the balls to do - except he was looking to even things up after giving us a penalty..... Wonder if Taylor's eye-catching performance at the Liberty when we played Burnley got him the Cup Final - you've got to "hand" it to him ......
Seems he fecked up big time Chelsea player Victor Moses sparked controversy when he was sent off in the 68th minute for diving, receiving a second yellow card. As he left the field, he was seen dropping his armband. One Twitter user posted: 'That was disgusting what Moses just did, throwing the black armband for the Manchester victims.' Did the Chelsea players not wear the black armbands until the second half? Don't recall seeing them first half?
that's his legacy now, sent off for cheating in a cup final and deservedly so. Hope Marcus Rashford was watching and taking note too.
Graham Poll in the Daily Mail: Victor Moses cheated in the FA Cup final in an attempt to win his side a penalty and a lifeline into a game they didn't deserve to win. Moses has previous — one incident when on loan at Stoke City was against Swansea City. Moses 'collapsed' when challenged by Angel Rangel and was branded a cheat by John Hartson and Garry Monk. Stoke chairman Peter Coates leapt to his player's defence, saying: 'Moses is not a cheat and those comments crossed the line.' Therein lies the problem. We are not prepared to see diving for what it is — a blatant form of cheating which should never be defended or condoned. I wonder what Coates thinks about Moses now? That's a good piece by Poll, that is the problem in that to many manager and owners fail to admit to players shortcomings, when they do then it may stop.
Everyone knew Moses "cheated" against us but "Saint Peter" - he of Bet365 - defended the indefensible, as did that "tw*t" Leslie Mark Hughes......
He mentioned Moses v Swans, Rashford v Swans, and he mentioned Dele Alli without saying his dive was against us. I think the players who get caught diving should have to have "diving cheat" on the back of their shirt above their name as part of the punishment. DIVING CHEAT DELE ALLI
I think everyone, except maybe Chelsea and Spurs supporters, enjoyed that red. highlight of a good game it was.
