    is anyone else on here using Virgin for their internet, I have had 4-5 years trouble free but last week( +last night) or so had 2 outages lasting for hours. I COULD NOT FIND ANY information regarding this either by phone or other methods ...maybe time to change.

    I'm with Virgin, no problems, just needs an occasional reboot..

    Been with them for years and not had any problems with the Internet.

    I'm with them have been for 15 years probably but never had any real problems, I do use a blue yonder email address though and that is causing constant hassle as I use a MAC (doesn't seem compatible?)

    Mine is usually good just 2 bad times in last week of over 4 or 5 hours. no amount of re booting etc etc seemed to work so left it for a few hours 5 /6 then it restarted on its own!

    had a letter from talk talk...anyone with them are they any good? I have no choice at the mo as they are taking over all virgin media stuff

    We can't get fibre optic over here yet so I'm with Sky. I thought Murdoch may as well have my custom for broadband and telephone. As I was concerened he might be a bit skint.

    Not really had any problems, when I have I've contacted them and they've sorted it all out for me. I just don't like seeing the new deals for new customers like the 32inch TV for any new customers. So I make sure to complain every three months and they sort out a deal for me.

    Don't like the billing system with BT, you have no idea what you're paying as some is in advance some is in arrears. Sky I know the amount I pay every month.
