its hard. i would have liked utd to have dropped 3/4 points in last two games to be happy. now i feel even 4 wins is not cutting it
It would need two incredible sets of results for 4 wins not to be enough. 1. United to win all their matches AND 2. City to win the rest of their matches (after losing to United) If that happens we are stuffed no matter what we do.
Or them both to draw Thursday then win all their matches. Or city could even afford to draw 2 and still finish above us on GD potentially.
City is calling the shots now for the third position. We shot ourselves in the foot by losing to Palace.
Really don't care about 3rd. I would be happy with 4th to be honest. Both 3rd and 4th are in play and any of the teams competing for 4th can also win 3rd and vice versa. It's been for a while.
It all goes down to one game every year. you never have a run away easy thing 100% someone is always tight somewhere in the table and right now unfortunately it looks to me like LFC are the side coming up short. we just don't have the players left to play the games at high intensity and are depending on a break or a moment to create anything. Its not about not believing in us.. its about believing that city and utd are just better with more options. We just ran out of steam again
City are going to be up for this. I think united beat them at 1:0 at Old Trafford, but Jose Mourinho is crafty you never know, he will be going for a draw.
Arsenal's Invisible squad. please log in to view this image Can our midfield and back four be compared?.
They're not invisible - I can see them in the picture. But what a team they had, world class players in almost every position
