Not panic, but unsettling and with the very small number available as replacements for injuries, tactical changes during a game, the buzz that all of us felt in May, has pretty well disappeared, has it not?
No panic and the result is largely irrelevant But a couple of injuries and we will be in a bad place All of our competitors are still splashing the cash
Our first shot on target was in the 75th minute, our other chance was created by Kodjia just after. Kodijia looks decent. Pathetic performance against a rag bag of completely new players thrown together by Sturrock. He's got them from L2 and Conference clubs who've let them go on 'frees'. Fair play he had them organised though. As for us we looked ordinary and just went through the motions. Last season we started 'on fire' and never looked back. Concerned we might start poorly and find it hard to get any momentum.
