No you're wrong. Wednesday had to apply for a huge board that can take record levels of traffic because not606 and the other boards can't accomodate such huge numbers. Around an hour after their matches at peak board time electrical power around Sheffield goes into emergency mode.
A Wednesday fan forum would simply be too costly server-wise for the internet. The immense amounts of traffic would crash it constantly. FACT.
