http://bbc.co.uk/sport/football/40258852 At that price it will either be a massive flop or a brilliant move......no place to be average when you go for a big fee (see mignolet for proof)
He is an excellent keeper, he should be in against France in fact. He saved us in a lot of games last season (SAFC) Man c pay £35m for an untried in the premier league goalie from Benfica. We needed the money though as we are in a mess at the minute. And you are right about Borini !.
Big readies that.....very suprised so early on to be paying that figure. Like you say, you can't hide when your valued at that.
And shock horror LFC fans think he is ****e I think a few more players will be added to their automatically hated through bitterness list in the coming weeks
Davy Klassen added to the ranks, great experience for such a young guy, a leader as well. Hopefully another canny piece of business
He appears to be a steal due to a daft buyout clause, I think we've still got competition there though
still think Sandro is the bargain of this transfer window on paper. Mind you considering the present lunatic fees being chucked about there ain't much competition
Solanke. Even for all my ribbing could run out to be a great deal. Gives a little more physical edge than Firminio
My original view on watching him in the U20 WC was he is very unlikely to ever be first choice with us & at best rotation player & think i will stay with that for now. My view might be slightly off though as i was looking for some "spark" in the players in that tournament ( like Lookman) rather than a solid useful player which is how Solanke strikes me , though he defintely has a shot on him & showed he was willing to work for the team. Stupidly he will now probably cost more than Sandro due to the player tournament award
maybe not officially but you can bet Chelsea will push that angle i should bloody well hope we would do exactly the same
Yeah...I dumped ever girl I ever dated too. Left every job for a much better one. Never made a wrong choice
