What ever will be will be we're going to Wembley for the League Two playoff final against Saaafend and all the Chairboys will be there, since beating the Pilgrims last Thursday there has been a lot of changing of plans and rearranging holidays to ensure we can all attend our big day out at Wembley and I for one can't wait, I'm off to Wales for a couple of days a trip brought forward by a couple days, back home Friday to get ready for the big day, along with hopefully 20K other Chairboys. The team news is there will be eleven hero's in light and dark blue on the Wembley turf on Saturday afternoon/evening plus a even bigger hero in a suit in the Chairboys dugout a certain Gareth Ainsworth. I will be meeting up with Ron, Slasher and Blue Soldier about midday and making our way to Wycombe to have a few beers with Rocky and the others before getting the train to Wembley and cheering the hero's on to victory Que sera sera
Ticket available on the day from the East Ticket office also Blue Soldier has 2 for sale in block 121
First time seeing Wycombe at Wembley so this should be superb. Looking at the team I think 9 of the 11 places are certain if there is no fresh injury concerns - the only questions will be if Ingram or Craig come back if they are fit.
This will be my fourth time with Wycombe. Really looking forward to Saturday, whatever the outcome. Don't think we are prepared for a season in League 1. If we do make it, I hope the fans stick by Ainsworth and the team as it will be a bumpier ride next year. Last time we wee in League 1 there was so much bitching and moaning and our crowds dwindled. However, we have to go for it and I have faith in Ainsworth to pick up a few diamonds in the summer
My Wembley visits for Wycombe Amateur Cup Final v Bishop Aukland FA Trophy Final v Kidderminster FA Trophy Final v Runcorn Play off Final v Preston
This will be my 3rd time with Wycombe. Runcorn and Preston, I didn't live in Wycombe when we played Kiddy and wasn't alive when we played Bishop Auckland (sorry Ron) I have seen us score 8 and concede only 3.
Like Jose, this is my first visit to Wembley with Wycombe, was only 9 months old when we played Preston. In block 215 myself, headed down with my dad & neighbours on the train. I'm absolutely buzzing already, finished uni on Monday & I've been singing que sera under my breath for days!
Still debating whether to go or not, I get so nervous watching us that I tend to drink more than my fair share. Hate to think what I will be like with no beer.
This is the thing we forget there are an awful lot of supporters who have never been to Wembley my son was saying it seemed a yearly thing to him as he was 7,8,9, 21 years ago
