    Off for a night out in town on Saturday, so tonight I'll chill. Tomorrow I'll do a bit of graft then pop home early doors for a hair cut and a bit of QT with the fam, probably take them out for dinner.

    Saturday, gym then town for a moochy and a T-shirt and maybe a new set of wheels.

    Thursday evening is basically the start of the weekend innit.

    Anybody watched any para athletics that's been on?

    Just saw the blind 400m (I think it was 400m) and 2 athletes fell over on the finish line and got disqualified (there were only 4 running). FFS.

    Their guides didn't help. One of the ****ers tried pulling the blind fella over the line by his attached cord.

    Total ****ing shambles tbh.

    I'm trying to find the clip. Absolute shocker considering it was the final. They couldn't even award a bronze medal as only 2 finished!

    The guy pulling him over the line like he's pulling his dog away from sniffing a lampost. Bad times!

    I shouldn't laugh but it was funny <laugh>

    Also the wheelchair racer that was 18 stone and smoked 40 fags a day 3 years ago. Now she's in the world final...

    Seems like it's fairly easy to do well in if you want to compete tbh.
