As a long time supporter Roo... Hopes something us older fans have always had to have by the shed load I use to dream of getting out of the 4th division...or even being higher up then Grimsby
To look back and remember those days when Raich Carter led the team out, THAT match against Manchester United at Boothferry Park, the lean times and THEN the "Waggy & Co Era" I can consider myself to be a fortunate supporter. Then, in the winter of my years, to see the dream of the "Promised Land" come true and to reach an FA Cup final was beyond any wild dream I had. The situation we are in now is very sad to me. The man who saved us from extinction, brought all these dreams to fruition and then treats the supporters like they were all from Leeds is beyond comprehension. We are getting word back here in Oz that Mr Allam is not well and has been admitted to Hospital. In all sincerity I would wish him well and a swift recovery in the hope that he might yet redeem himself with Hull City and the fans.
Who cares at this moment in time.? I don't.!!!!! I shall worry about next season on June 1st.!!!!! Til then..................
I think you'll find that's common knowledge Roo, not least because Steve Bruce announced it in his post match comments on Tuesday night, what did you think the 'Get Well Soon Assem Allam' thread was about?
Step forward is the one below it, it's now fourth on the second page. http://www.not606.com/threads/get-well-soon-assem-allam.328027/
Can someone please tell Roo, he can't see that thread because I was the op and the daft sod has me on ignore.
If has you on ignore he must have a lot of people on ignore, surprised anything comes up on the board when he logs in
