    Acts of sadistic cruelty to animals is an indicator that the perpetrator lacks empathy and is at risk of going on to hurt humans. I hope these horrible bastards are being monitored.

    How about getting them to dress like Basil Brush and then chase them on horseback with a pack of dogs until they are caught then stand by grinning whilst the dogs rip them to shreads?

    I would tie their legs and arms together. Tie legs to one tow bar of one vehicle, arms to the tow bar of another vehicle, both parked rear end to rear end. I would then get both cars to move forward quickly at speed. The end.
