Longest was 14 hours after double dropping on tranqs, woke up, had an out of date corned beef hash a glass of juice, a big dump then two more tranqs and had another 14 hours. In terms of getting to sleep I've never met a person who physically exerts themselves through the day and can't sleep at night. By physical exertion I don't mean 11 press ups before bed and a few trips up and down the stairs.
I am surprised at this thread. You must all have very short memories. Moussa Sissoko once slept for three months. We all watched it happen!
This is it - the key is to pagger yourself. If you are lifting and doing say three days a week at the gym, you are lucky to make it to your bed (I fall asleep on the sofa so often its unreal). Also a couple of magnesium with your last meal will see you off also.
