If you want to keep a look out for when Justice Proudman will announce her decision, the daily Chancery lists can be found at; https://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/court-lists/list-chancery-judges
Wont she just give a written decision to both parties? Why would she need to do it in court? If it has to be done in court, I guess she will need to inform both parties a date when she will do it so tjey can attend to hear the outcome. You would think if this is the case, the club would say so like say "The club has been informed that an outcome will be delivered on date/time" . I doubt it will be given in court but a decision sent instead Just a guess though. So dont quote me Higgs said 2-4 weeks. Its gone 2 weeks and in 9 days time, 4 weeks will be up. I wont be surprised if it goes into July before a decision made!
Telegraph business supplement states that Sainsbury's are getting more customers through the door now
Mrs Justice Proudman was in court today delivering a ruling on a case which was not ours. She is not listed for tomorrow nor has she been for the last two weeks. Fingers crossed that we may get a decision this week.
I am going for 10.00am Friday the 30th of June 2015 I did of course mean Friday the 26th of June 2015
Do you think so? I guess a bad outcome would affect the budget. Let's hope it's a positive outcome without loads of costs.
In the Transfers in/out thread I put in the full story about what old timer said. In that story DC kind of implies waiting for Sainsburys. Well thas how I took it anyway
Well, it's not listed for tomorrow! So perhaps it will be Tuesday, 30 June. Pity it's taking so long. The delay certainly doesn't help us...
