I think two things are already apparent from the campaign - UKIP voters are switching in big numbers to the Conseratives The patriotic working class are also switching from Lab to Con - they do not have anything in common with Islington Labour.

Brexit plays a part in these places. That's fair - I can understand and appreciate their voting habits during this unique election. It certainly isn't being able to relate to the Conservative party though. They will be swing votes at best in 5 years time.
