I've got a Wilko kit on the go just now, but usually order online from Art Of Brewing or The Homebrew Company. Over £70 and delivery is free. My staple diet is Munton's Traditional bitter, but all their kits are good, even the cheaper connoisseur range which is 4%. I don't know much about lager, which I suspect you make, because it has to be served cold, therefore you need to bottle it.
Just to check as I'm on holiday so I only check in sporadically:- has Royston resigned, disappeared or morphed into a bottle of homw brew, as this thread has veered well away from where it started.
I've been contemplating making my own brew, getting a proper grain brewing kit. Got a garage which houses my telescope and pretty much nothing else. Congrats on the marriage SIG. Walking in the Outer Hebrides sounds like something I'd do. Absoutly no humans around to ruin my day.
Good man And congrats to SIG. Hope she's a football fan mate.[/QUOTE] Don't know about that. My Missus hates football, suits me.
Was accosted by him on the train this morning, totally ruined my breakfast! Ps As for his lairy blue suit, he needs to turn it in before he slaughters my dress sense in the future
Have to agree - cross country trains are fine (I hope?), but inner city trains and breakfast is a no no.
