    Ah, that sounds a bit more complicated than I thought. Is that because it's been used for a year? Our cases were always immediate - poly bag, car, hospital NOW - and we had zero problems after treatment. 70% surprises me. Look mate, you've only got two hands and they're for life. Get impatient with this and you could regret it for a lot of years. Take care, please. Yeah?

    He didn't really go into alot of detail about why I've got a lower success rate, I should've asked a few more questions really, but in all honesty his English is very poor, so it's a struggle.
    I will defo go easy with it, it's been a burden for me for over a year now, so I'll do what it takes to get it put right :emoticon-0148-yes:

    I shouldn't be too worried about this. After all, he's giving you 70% plus and 30% minus And your doctor is fine - guys new to this country have something to prove, so he'll do his best for you, for sure. Medical competence doesn't rely on language anyway - that's why they use Latin terms, knowledge is international. I should go into tomorrow positive if I was you. This is o.k. But please do what he tells you afterwards. Please?

    Good luck mate, you'll be fine <ok>

    Gym injuries are **** for morale when you're in a routine, I have one currently and it's doing my head in.

    I know mate, ive been working through the pain with it the last year, but its frustrating the life out of me cause there's certain things I haven't been able to push myself in like Bench pressing. Hopefully my strength won't deteriorate too much over the next few months, ha. It's gona have to be leg day for the next 2 months, ha.

    Sounds exactly like my current routine, just finished my 3rd leg day of the week. My left rotator cuff is ****ed at the moment, you really have no idea how many exercises certain body parts are required for until you hurt it! Almost everything, restricted to squats and various isolation stuff that bores the life out of me.

    My advice would be to make sure you still go to the gym, even if you're just walking on the treadmill, because falling out of your routine is the worst thing for you.

    <yikes>

    seems like yesterday you were announcing it mate!

    Hope you get that injury sorted, I've had a niggling shoulder injury which has had me in and out of the gym for the last year, I know how frustrated you will be. I've got 6 weeks to Jamaica and having to bulk quickly, I'm training 5 to 6 days a week now and I'll get the shoulder seen to properly when I get back <ok>

    I think I'll save my sentiments for someone with some sort of seriously life threatening injury/disease, & even then I hope they don't post it on a football forum.
    'Oh, I cut my knee, wish me well lads.' <doh>

    90% of people are thinking the same.

    Say's the man who has GET WELL SOON FRASER FORSTER in his signature<doh>, this lad's dad posts on here, he's met and socialised with many of the posters, he's considered a friend to many. Bit differant to your get well message for poor Fraser Forster with his ticky knee.<doh> You pass judgement on friends sharing information about their lives while you hero worship and give out get well messages to someone who's never going to read it. <doh>
