Its the formation with three at the back that has transformed the team imo. As long as we can keep the three SC JoS and YK fit we will be fine, the problem will be when one or worse two of them is unavailable, we have no cover, or poor cover at best, On a brighter note we now have six or seven players fighting for three places up front, a great position to be in, well done to Big Sam for sorting the team out so quickly, there will be set backs for sure, but we have turned a corner, of that I am sure.

you right coats brown and Jones were are three in the back against Everton.
The team that day struggled because of injuries to our would be back three
    Of coats oshae and cabull
If we keep the three fit that's the answer for me.

I'd start Watmore if Defoe's not fit, for two reasons. Firstly, he earned it when he came on - casued all sorts of problems for the oppo defence resulting in a red and scored a goal, can't ask for much more. Would give a bad message if he get drops for the next game imo. And secondly, his game management won't get any better if he doesn't keep playing games. If he's run himself into the ground after 60 minutes, we can bring Fab on at that point imo.

All about opinions but I don't see how him starting on the bench sends a bad message when the gaffer will explain his reasoning.

Heflin - it's his to lose now after the performance at the weekend.

However is Yedlin allowed to play against the Gooners this weekend? I thought he was on loan to us from them.....I could be wrong....I normally am!

Same starters for me if they`re all fit.

If Defoe`s out then I`m tempted to bring Borini in simply because coming on from the bench seems to be where Watmore`s most effective.

I agree. Reckon Arsenal centre halfs are pretty slow so if Watmore comes on after an hour or so he can run them ragged. Hopefully we are still in the game at that point like.

We have options, thats the key, would not mind if Borini or Watmore get the nod,as long as both are involved at some stage of the game.

I think Jones and Yedlin are both valuable assets. The advantage of having Jones is he's more comfortable than Yedlin on the left. If anything happens to van Aarnholt, these two will do a capable job anyway. I like them both being in the squad, though I agree at the moment it's Deandre's to lose.
