I never thought we would see him in the Prem.
I wish he'd made the move quicker, but it'll be interesting nevertheless.
I've always had the feeling that "the English" have been the ones slating/underestimating Ibra based on the fact that he's been struggling a bit against the English teams, so I'm in someway a bit worried that it'll keep on if he gets a tough start during the season. He hasn't really got anything to prove to anyone tho, besides...once again..."the English".

What do you reckon? (aware I could've made this thread a month ago)

Let's just have another look at this goal to round things off shall we?

Looks like a **** with that hair and tash.
    Therefore almost certainly is one.
Needs a trip to Stan Leeman.

The opposition make that goal look deceptively good.

    It was only England ffs.

It was only Joe Hart ffs.

Let's see if he can cut the mustard against decent opposition before we judge.

<laugh> I'm laughing, but this is actually very true.

The Premier League is the best league in the whole known universe...

Once you turn 51 anyway <laugh>

Complete ****ing myth perpetuated by twats like Townsend. Never mind the England game, Ibra singlehandedly destroyed Arsenal both for Milan and Barcelona.

    Huh. Not impressed.

Every single one of them goals was lucky.

    Every single one of 'em.

In each case he could have missed. Or the keeper saved it. Or aliens or divine intervention or summat.

Either ways he presents as a lanky, long limbed contortionist rather than a serious footballer.

If he can do those childish flicks and kicks on a frozen Turf Moor in December I'll mebbee change my mind.

I hope Maguire smashes him all over the park, just like Bruce did to Suarez a couple of seasons ago

I guess I should post my views on it....
    I'm alright, thanks :)
I'm back in Sweden now after living 1,5 years in London, being a southern fairy etc
Yourself? All good after the surgeries?

I was at that game. The first game at Friends Arena before the match they had mounted armored Knights in the two national colours riding up and down the touch line - I though the pitch was going to get mashed. To be fair he did very little first half and then bossed it in the second.

I think he'll sell a lot of shirts, I also think I'll see a lot less PSG shirts in the school when I drop my daughter after the holidays :emoticon-0102-bigsm

He'll do well if he plays enough for his ego. Jose has a few options up front now.

    Damn it!

I got a title to defend....so I guess I should stay away from Ibra then :emoticon-0120-doh:

It'll be interesting to see how Ibra will handle the English media on a more regular basis

He's an obnoxious ****, can't stand him, I hope he fails miserably, but unfortunately I think he'll do well & Utd will be 1 or 2!

I did about 7 years in London, flat beer & jellied eels. Don't know how I survived.

All good now after the last op.

    Any games this season?
