Surely you're talking about David Livermore, because there's no way from the games I've seen of both that Meyler is a more technically gifted footballer than Jake Livermore. Meyler has a good finish, I'll give him that, but as a midfielder his awareness, vision and passing ability are nowhere near as good as Jake's. Which is strange because as a RB he's pretty solid at crossing. Maybe because he doesn't have to aim at anybody, just get it in the box.
All I'm saying is neither player are technically gifted footballers, but Meyler shades it on finishing.
Well it would be nice if the club bothered to confirm the appeal having failed first! But they prefer to treat us like mushrooms (kept in the dark and fed ****)
Do you think they're going to wait to see which division we're in before they start identifying transfer targets?
I've been thinking the same thing, Nothing from our club, nothing From FIFA... Just a report that He is now been included for Possible selection tomorrow. Seems the only word is from his Club... I'd like to know, how do They know ???? Or are they Trying to push it along ???
They way that was formatted I thought it was a poem but after a couple of lines I realised it wasn't.
North Ferriby have signed former City player Matty Dixon on a deal until the end of the season. He was released from York on a free transfer a few days ago. I liked him, looked a decent prospect and the fact he's willing to do the hard yards in the lower leagues is a good sign. Hopefully he does well there with Watson, Emerton, Topliss and Kendall (although Ryan was a few years older than him) around him.
Interesting, bit pointless for them to have signed him now then I would have though, but must have been some interest in him for them to act in January.
He's only 20, he'll be back up to Daniels next season. I don't think they're too impressed with Anyon and he's out of contract at the end of the season.
Yeah I just meant they could have waited until the summer and bought him then if they're just going to send him back to where he was, but I guess he was free and this locked him in now.
