Has anybody else been watching the Play offs this year? Its still the 1st round and already we have has some great games and some surprises Gutted my team The Flames got knocked out 4-0 but every game was close and if some 50/50 decisions that went against us went the other way we would still be in it. Just watched The Oilers v the Sharks in what must be the best game so far One of the favorites the Blackhawks just been whitewashed 4-0
Im sure i put off topic! if you really wasn't interested then why reply? why even look at the post? Have you ever even watched a game of Ice hockey? I know a few members in the past have been interested as im sure we have talked about the NFL play offs before
Take it easy I was only joking. We used to get ice hockey on the TV in England, so yes I have watched it. I don't really see anything to get excited about though.
was that the NHL or the English Ice Hockey league? The regular league games can get a bit boring with over 80 games but when it comes to the Play offs it becomes very intense and the quality of games improves For me I think Ice Hockey is the complete sport, you get The big hits and fights, normally plenty of goals, the skill of the players is incredible been able to skate fast, turn and control the puck, it can be non stop for minutes at a time unlike the NFL and you don't get the players diving and faking injuries!
my exwife was from Calgary, she got me into NHL when I was there. we used to go to "the melted record" aka the saddledome. used to get NHL on channel 5, at 2 am or so - when there was Dominik Hasik, Peter Forsberg and Mats Sundin.
It doesn't take "a few years" to get a Masters degree, unless you do it part-time and very slowly. How long is remaining of her sentence?
she is working and doing it part time.. it will take her about 2 years she starts it in September I think
