Well Stan and myself never did plus a few others. Redknapp is all about Redknapp it’s that simple

TF has been a shocking business person and the buck stops there

At the end of the day it was the owners responsibility. But the Managers were (and are now through Hoos) in the main telling TF who they wanted / recommended. That summer of 2012 when Hughes went on his huge buying spree, when we spent a lot of money on a lot of iffy players, who he couldnt get to "gel", was the really mad one for me. Maybe TF himself was pushing for the worst one of all, the Park signing, but buying both Green and Cesar in about a month, and the rest was bad footballing business made by the Management. I'm sure other Managers could have brought in fewer but better players for the money spent that summer.

I'm sure that if he could TF could turn the clock back and not have invested in the club he would do so

Not many owners will ever make money out of football

Of course the buck stops with Fernandes and I'm quite sure he knows that full well. Fernandes was taken in, first by Hughes and then by Redknapp, and he and the other owners have paid the price - to the tune of quarter of a billion pounds. Redknapp is still a ****.

What bewilders me, is that a proven hard nosed entrepreneur, earning millions, can become a totally inept naive thick business man, who on his showing at QPR seems not to have enough business acumen to run your local corner store..

No, no, it’s going to be great. Think of this as a cleansing, an epic purge like a dip in the Ganges. We’ll come back with a chip the size of China on our shoulder, perpetual victims, the world against us, draws against Exeter will feel like stunning triumphs. Our team will be entirely home grown and ‘hungry’, even if they are useless. Our manager will be someone who was never any good on the way down or someone who will never be any good on the way sideways.

Indeed, but what puzzles me is how some QPR fans can get so angry with someone who has written off so much of his own money (along with the other owners) in the name of QPR. Do you remember Chris Wright - the supposed lifelong QPR fan - who, as Chairman, demanded the loans he had made to the club be repaid in full when he stepped down, forcing the club into administration? That was his prerogative of course, but the current owners have been incredibly generous in comparison (Wright was owed £20m). They have paid royally for their poor business decisions. We just pay a few hundred quid a season to watch a bit football and moan.

The thing is they walked in to a club just promoted to the PL with no debts. I’m sure everything they have done has been with the best of intentions and it’s their own money they have wasted, their own promises about training grounds and stadiums that they’ve broken, but they have taken us down a couple of steps and we don’t know the full damage until this FFP this is settled. They could walk away leaving the club with a £50m fine. I don’t think they will, but it’s possible.

If they were to walk away with the FFP fine unresolved and unpaid, we could complain with some justification. Like you, I don't think they will. In for a penny.......

I think TF is a decent enough guy whos had a rude awakening and been rogered by the sharks and chancers, for what its worth i dont think he will leave us up s*** Creek.
When someone uses the term "best intentions" that means theyve f***** up big time.
    Onwards and upwards!

Certainly is. And if they did, the true injustice and evil would be exposed. For then we would see that the authorities punished thousands of ordinary fans because of the stupidity and/or greed of the owners who could then simply walk away from the whole sorry mess. For true fans, the loss of their club would be like a bereavement and they would be in grief for years to come. For the owners, a shrug of the shoulders, a few well chosen soundbites and then on to the next big venture. Remember Peter Ridsdale?

There would be no need for FFP if the authorities concentrated on developing a proper system to regulate the fitness and financial probity of the owners. It was woefully lacking when Pompey sank to the bottom of the Football League as one financial incompetent after another put together a dream consortium of shady businessmen nobody had ever heard of or would want to do business with took turns at running the club. None of them invested any of their own money in Pompey at the time.

Football owners have learned over the years to play the system gamble for high stakes without ever having to put up their own financial stake. Small business owners and the self-employed put up their own properties as collateral for their borrowing. Football club owners create a limited company and 'spread the risk' to their investors. They never share the pain unless their conscience and sense of guilt prompts them to try to put things right. We'll see if our owners are willing to do that.

Does writing off a quarter of a billion pounds not qualify as 'sharing the pain'? As you rightly say, the loss of our club would be akin to a bereavement, but this lot have not shrugged their shoulders and walked away when they could have done. They have ****ed up, but have paid the financial consequences. It remains to be seen if they will stick it out in the face of FPP, but I think they will.

Only at Qpr could we incur 'Sports Largest Fine' (SLF ) and muddle on through

I've been a Rangers Boy from birth through my father's family and have passed the curse onto my son, who having been born in Sheffield has endured endless away fixture heartaches and has often asked me, 'but Dad, why me?'

Come what may, QPR in one form or another will survive and muddle on

It's who we are and what we do

From possible points deductions, fighting with the Chinese National squad, Bernie & Flav and now the ignominy of 'SLF' - a badge of which only we can revel in - we have seen it all

Both my younger brothers were born in Camden, both are Arsenal supporters.

Neither can ever truly grasp the sheer gamut of chaos and underachievement my club has given me. They have only known success and yet still they bitch and moan.

This in turn has given me a fortitude and laissez-faire approach to any problem arising in most of my adult life

I never signed up for Champions League football, FA Cup wins, 20 match unbeaten runs. No, I signed up for a stylish yet flawed small club in West London, a stones throw from where I was born

I am proud of this association

    I am QPR

    We are QPR

QPR will survive and I will follow them at any level

'Sports Largest Fine'? Hah, bring it on
