Bloody hell what's going on! COYG.

 

Stunning. Destroyed Blackburn last week - not too strong is it? Now this. Winning at Shrewsbury from 1-0 down and having missed a penalty. May not be the most expensive squad but my goodness, this lot have character to spare.

 

Had me tea and a little doze and just tuned into the beeb football site to make sure I didn't dream anything. That has to go down as one of the results of the season for me. Firstly we were away from home. Secondly they were second in the league with one of the best home records. Thirdly they took the lead early and we came from behind to win. Not draw but win and you can't say that too often this season. Looking at those stats which of course I don't take much notice of, we topped the things in all respects except fouls of which we were less than half of theirs. I'm still not about to off on one about possible play offs. We can disappear down the league just as fast. I will say though that safety is looking odds on now which was definatly not the case after 10 matches. Terrific result.

I am not going to jinx anything PGF. Predicting isn't my strongest attribute. Mind you my Missus reckons I don't have any attributes at all.

Yes, a mid table finish and an Argyle play off final victory would make it a great ending to the season

 

Frustratingly I click on the Sky highlights and get the damn adverts ok....but when they finish.... the screen just goes blank and no highlights rather annoying.

 

Found a Shrews website of the game....quite good but emphasis on the home team, believe it or not....shows first and third goals from a distance (home end) but no video of our first...or did I blink and miss it.

 

As usual, perused the Sunday Times sports pages this morning for the small paragraph that constitutes their non PL football coverage.

They note that Blackburn were lucky to gain ground from a 2-2 draw while Wigan lost to Southend and Shrewsbury lost 1-2 at home to Rotherham.

Did I miss something? Who did we play?

 

Distant, dont but the comics.. No one bothers with Plymouth no matter how we do or beat..

 

Try finding any comment at all in the home counties....whoever we beat....Liverpool game last year got noticed....but other than that by everyone.

 

Where has Lyndy got to....should of heard from him by now even if he didn't go ?

 

Lyndy is about as been in contact with him, he is a bit busy and is ok Plym..

Just back from Watching the Raiders get beat .. Went with 2 other disabled lads and carers . Great day for them.

Next up is a trip to Home Park with them and Lyndy is involved getting this sorted. very much appreciated and good work from him to help these kids..

 

My Son is also Disabled and a few years back we went to see a West Ham game.
They were fantastic in making sure we were looked after.

 

Just type in Sky sports shrewsbury v plymouth and google it plym. It will come up with the goals and it's often what I do. Failing that do a "catch up" on Ch5 on Sunday morning. They do a show with all the league one and league two goals. Only a matter of seconds coverage but at least you get to watch the goals from reasonably close. I watched the Shrewsbury coverage and think it was just a bloke in the Shrewsbury end with a camera hence the distance issues,
