Crazy, crazy game, played in next door's garden from the sound of it. Over 10,500 on a Tuesday.

Well what a thoroughly entertaining game of football. Both teams hit the post in the first 4 mins which kind of set the tone for the rest of the evening. I wont go into detail but 6 goals, a penalty save, a pen to them that wasn't given by the still hapless Brett Huxtable, 3 disallowed goals-all of none of which might have been the correct decision. Nearly 11000 on a cold February Tuesday night is outstanding and anyone who didn't enjoy it may is well give up now. MOTM went to Carey , and he was amazing in the first half but I think I would have given to to lameiras-he really is one of the most skillful players I have seen for a long time. 3 points and 2 places off the places, more realistically, this time Saturday we could be safe..

What can one say about tonights game? Well it certainly was a strange one and at times you did wonder if Argyle were trying hard not to break the hoodoo in playing Wimbledon. Carey scores first from a cock up in their defence and slots home with ease. Going well and looking good all around. Then for some inexplicable reason we contrive to let Taylor with the funny haircut in space for the umpteenth time. Bradley didn't deal with him and he slotted home. He then posed for the crowd in front of the Devonport and to be fair looked a right twat. It only served to get the Devonport end going. Within a few minutes we were back in front. The ball came out of their box to Fox who comprehensively banged it home with a great stike. Goal of the evening. Then Taylor jumped on a parry from their keeper being the first to react and it was 3 before halftime.

Second half was much the same as the first We always looked in charge of things and were playing well but having said that also looked vulnerable. Sure enough we conceded a second from yet another balls up. Same player Taylor and the Devonport gave him even more stick. He is such an arrogant git but I have to conceed he does have talent. Lameiras then restored the two goal cushion. The Ref then gave them a penalty late on. It was as much a pen as the Sarcevic one on saturday so I will leave it to you to decide it's worth. Who steps up to take it,,,,,,,,,,,,,,yep, Taylor the arrogant. I'm thinking here we go for his hattrick then and boy are the Devonport gonna kick off. Nothing of the sort and Remi pulls off a blinder. The Devonport still go bonkers but with loads more abuse for Taylor. Final score 4 - 2 and we were well worth the win. However the performance whilst good going forward left a lot to be desired in defence. Bradley and Sawyer had shockers for me. Sawyer was getting roasted by Taylor and in the end Adams took him off. Completely the right decision.

Onwards and upwards to the next game. Very good atmosphere there tonight

The Premiership is not far removed from a world league with a few UK born players getting picked...or warming the subs bench.... and some of those are desperate for first team football so they can put themselves in the window to be seen regarding the coming World Cup in darkest Russia.....any supporters who go out there have probably a loose nut or two.....you'll get no protection from the Ruski police, they enjoy a bit of westerner bouncing to watch.

UK owners are getting less each year....foreign owners have less patience and expect results from THEIR BUSINESS INVESTMENT in a very short time.....the Americans who bought Man U years back had the cost of buying turned into a huge debt that the club had to finance....that's the commitment level they had for the club.....I understand PGFWhite's attitude as a Swansea supporter feeling left out of the loop regarding his club.

With 2020 being 400 years since the pilgrim fathers sailed on the Mayflower....it surprises me no yankee organisation haven't jumped on the bandwagon and bought Argyle as a toy to play with for awhile.....Plymouth is the last stop before the USA in UK football.

Just watched the highlights. The most interesting thing? Fox runs to Wotton not Adams after scoring. No bad thing perhaps if a manager keeps a distance from people he may be telling they don't have a job come May. Perhaps an insight into how things work though.
