I read earlier that Chris Coleman is favourite to take over at Swansea.

I wish him well, and I actually used to like Swansea, in the Mel Charles era, but the dopes who came on here to gloat at our misfortune made me think again. I hope that their experiences this season will have made them wiser, but I doubt it. It's the same everywhere of course, like the Spanish Waiter seems to be doing OK up the road, against all odds, if you listen to some <laugh>

As obnoxious as ever, the mock geordie was the pick of the bunch though, but I cant remember his name. They are real pains and deserve to pass us on the way up next season, that would upset them. <bubbly>

Busy at the moment, congratulating Cardiff on their promotion, which is a nice gesture.

I know it's a minority but a **** off their board make me really glad they've gone down. I've always wanted them to drop cause they should playing in the Welsh league helping football in their own country. Shame they're swapping with another welsh team. <doh>

Their board is a good laugh, poor management, years of mistakes, injuries, yanks, the lot. <laugh>

Coleman nailed on for that job. Swansea born and loved by Wales.

They'll have a good budget in the summer too

I am surprised they went down though, like Charlton/fulham and Portsmouth a mid table team for years then pow ! Soton were jammy getting all that money without spending much, maybe now they will they must have heeded the warning.

Apart from the top four, maybe six, relegation is only a matter of time for them all.

Swansea, like Southampton have regularly flogged off their best players.
Southampton had, perhaps still have? a good Academy that has helped to fill the gap.
    Not Swansea it seems.

In the case of both Clubs they have changed Managers, adopting a musical chairs policy much like our own.
Southampton five in five years, Swansea four in two years.
Flog off best players and don't replace them.

All rings a bell with me.
