What can you say. Lost for words.

A tough game admittedly but they're all tough for us playing like this. Dreadful defending: I really think the FBs need to be looked at. What are they being asked to do? Is it the right thing? If it is, are they delivering it?

Not even worth talking about. Load of crap and they are going to lose customers if they keep this up.

 

Just arrived home from our postponed day out at Broadstairs....great day.....but oh hell spoilt by another dismal result.

I don't think Adams is getting it right by leaving out last years star players....how can they find their form by cutting down there playing time.

At least we've played both the top two pace setters....surely it only up and away from here.

 

Greeny just seen your result wtf happened you must be well pissed off.

 

The only saving grace today was that Steve Evans got a feckin red card. I am concentrating on the joys of that rather than my own team.

 

You guys seem to be leaking goals have you got defenders out injured or is your manager picking the wrong players?

 

Sadly Rocky these ARE our defenders. We lost a couple at the back in the closed season and this is what we have to put up with now. Threkeld, Vyner (loanee) and Bradley were very good for us but no longer here. Have to say the replacements look dire so far.

 

Sonny Bradley and Oscar Threlkeld moved on....to be replaced by other peoples cast outs to be honest....limited funds brings in limited players.

 

Hopefully things will pick up and you will pick up some points soon.football is a funny game you may go on a run where you don't lose for 10 or so games

 

Wycombe are in the same boat we have a few loans till January after that feck knows we have no money to buy players but we do have a good togetherness in the squad hopefully that'll pull us through

 

Don't know what to make of Derek Adams post-match comments....is he losing it.... and doesn't know what combination to have in his back four....so many mediocre players with no speed at all.....this looks worrying

 

Just looked at the Sky highlights.....we're giving the ball away and no defensive speed to stop them running straight through our defence....

 

Not sure I even want to read Adam's post match anything to be honest. Managers always bamboozle me. Old Jose was only saying the other day he was one of the greatest managers in the world.

 

He might of been....no sign of that at the moment.

 

Just looked it up in the local rag and all 49 passengers were disembarked safely. Apparently according to Plymouth City Bus whose coach it was the driver was an ex fireman of 40 years service so they were in safe hands...........think I might have let a little wind out at least if I'd been on it whoever the driver was. End to a perfect day.

 

Wow...it ain't easy at times supporting Argyle.....bit of a double wammy yesterday for these fans.

 

Defence isn't all about the CB's or even the back 4, defence starts from the front. It eventually turn out that we've brought in players who aren't up to it but I don't think we have the right shape yet.

If you remember last year, we didn't start winning until we settled on 4:2:3:1 which later morphed into 4:3:3. With the 2 full backs we have I wonder if 3:5:2 is the way to go.
