I never actually went there Hp. It's just an example from me but I could have picked anywhere in the World. I did do the middle east and in Bahrain for example the blokes on the Jetty also always knew what was coming or going whoesever Navy was involved. The Chinese Laundry blokes however are the undisputed champions of the Universe in knowing stuff that they shouldn't. The Chinese Laundry people onboard any ship always knew where a ship was going before the letter or signal had even arrived to inform the skipper. I would have liked to go out to the far flung but never made it. Imagine a ship having a Chinese Laundry in this day and age. It was almost compulsory in days gone by.

Ryan Law and Harry Hodges have both gone to Gloucester City on a 30 day youth loan.

We now have five youngsters out on loan....the other three are Rooney, Bentley & Battle.

Oddly I think they still do (have a Chinese laundry) or at least most still did when I left 2.5 years ago, hardest working, biggest gambling people you could ever meet - Chinese New Year was always good fun though.

I see West Ham have lent Stevenage Moses Makasi until the end of the season....remember he was with Argyle end of last season until he was injured.

Argyle have shown interest in a loan deal and agreed terms for Ipswich left sided forward Jordan Roberts.. 6ft 1in...25 yr old.
It seems that Bradford and MK Dons have also agreed loan terms with Ipswich.....it is down to the player where he goes.

It has been announced that Andrew Parkinson has joined PAFC as Head of Conferencing Hospitality and Events to see Argyle through their new Grandstand development.....he spent 7 years at Liverpool doing a similar job, also similar job for the Shard building in London and before that the out of town shopping complex in NW Kent called Bluewater.

Many asking why we're trying to sign a striker when our problems are clearly at the other end.

I suppose with Wylde leaving and if he's a really good prospect, it makes sense but a CB would be good.....

It will be interesting to see which way Roberts will go....Ipswich has accepted MK Dons, Bradford and Argyle's bids.

Not sure were this fellow lives....but Mk Dons and Bradford surely are less of a commute for him.....living one stop before America might be a stop too far.

Derek Adams has said that we will not be having Remi Matthews back at Argyle...the player is back with Norwich and could well be sold and Argyle have not got the funds for such a deal.
So from now on Kyle Letheren will be No1 keeper with Macey No2 and Michael Cooper will be offered for a loan to a National League or Div 2 club.

I see Bolton fans demonstrated against the owners of their club last night. They lost and are bottom of the Championship.

Oh no it's a disaster................Steve Evans sacked by Peterborough. I'm gutted.

Well gutted he was ever employed by anyone anywhere at any time. Good ole Darren is back at the helm. To be fair he is almost as bad.

Peter Grant has left Argyle....he came to an agreement to end his contract and has joined Carlisle on a free with a short term contract.

He came on against Charlton and did quite well.

Talk of ex-young pilgrim Lloyd Jones (still only 23yrs old) coming on loan from Luton (I wonder who is keeping him out the team).

6ft 3in central defender who left Argyle in 2011 and went to Liverpool for £150,000.....been on a few loans over the years and ended up 12 months ago at Luton but hasn't really ever established himself in a first team.

Further to above Jones had a serious knee & ankle injury in September 2015 whilst on a season long lone to Blackpool and was out for 6 months.

In 2017 he was arrested for assault in a Cheltenham night club against a man and also a women.
