The Sun are saying that there is a recall clause in Clarke’s contract and it looks like we’ll be exercising that in January.

Would it surprise you to hear that Jack Clarke wasn't in the squad for Leeds' 1-1 draw with Derby?
Luke Amos wasn't in the squad for QPSpurs' 2-1 win over Millwall
Anthony Georgiou was an unused sub in Ipswich's 1-0 win over Gillingham
Kazaiah Sterling wasn't in the squad for Doncaster's 2-0 win over Peterbrough
Jack Roles played 73 minutes in Cambridge's 1-0 loss to Swindon
George Marsh played 90 minutes in Orient's 2-1 loss to Colchester, picking up a booking

So, yeah, today can **** the **** off

In all the "excitement" last night I forgot one...

Cameron Carter-Vickers was a 64th minute sub for Stoke in their 1-1 draw with Crawley, which they lost in the shootout

Is Amos injured again? He made a brief return a few weeks ago but has now vanished from view entirely. If indeed he is injured, that's his second already this season.

Haven't heard nothing about Amos if he is its a shame after the injuries he had last season.as for Clark at Leeds he may as well be recalled and loaned out elsewhere

Our loans are another sign that things aren't being managed properly behind the scenes.
We had a good run where the majority of them were getting good game time and opportunities and now they're lucky to get five minutes.

It is also bizarre from the receiving club. They pay to have these players and then don't use them.

They're probably not paying them that much and they're filling out their squads without committing fringe players to long contracts.

I think Amos reaggravated the hamstring injury he picked up at the end of August, as was back in the squad for a couple of games but then vanished

In happier news, any truth to the idea that Jack Roles scored a banger for Cambridge today?

Luke Amos wasn't in the squad for QPSpurs' 4-2 win over Blackburn, so I really should check he's not injured again at some point
Cameron Carter-Vickers played 90 minutes in Stoke's 2-1 win over Swansea
Jack Clarke was an unused sub in Leeds' 2-1 loss to Millwall, almost as if somebody's punishing them for it...
Anthony Georgiou was an unused sub in Ipswich's 1-0 win over Fleetwood
Kazaiah Sterling wasn't in the squad for Doncaster's 2-1 loss to Portsmouth, and I'm wondering if he's injured
Jack Roles played 90 minutes of Cambridge's 2-2 draw with Macclesfield, opening the scoring with a 35-yarder and was voted MOTM
George Marsh was an 80th minute sub in Orient's 1-0 win over Northampton
