Do you really think you can get better ? Can't say I liked him, but I do think he's done a good job. You let 2 wins go to your head didn't you, thought you were going up after 2 matches and now hounded him out.

The man is a legend for what he has done as a player and a manager but he had taken us as far as he could, all credit to him for realising this and leaving before everyone turned on him. In my opinion he should had left at the end of last season as he had run out of ideas and repeated many mistakes instead of learning from them. We have a decent squad but his tactics and style of play was holding them back, earlier on I was the most negative I’ve been since Holloway was in charge, now I’m excited as to who is going to take over and get the players playing the right way, in fact I think the players will be more than up for it on Saturday and suddenly I think we have a great chance now. <cheers>

He's taken you as far as anyone can, the Millwall Harris hoof is the reason you're in the championship, there is no other way your group of poor players can play.

We will see, but there needs to be a balance between playing it a bit and using the hoof, under Harris it was hoof as the default setting, time to mix it up a bit, starting on Saturday <cheers>

I hope so, the only chance you have IMO is the big hoof to Smith.

He resigned as he could see it wasn’t working anymore. After four and a half years he has out lasted four Leeds managers

We are just in October under performing and five points above the drop zone. A half decent manager should be more than capable of getting us to a comfortable mid table position, taking a few big scalps along the way. Gary Rowlett or Chris Houghton would be my choice but we have never had a foreign manager so I would be open to that also, maybe Bielsa would want to manage a proper club ? <cheers>

    QPR in peace.
who do you want as next Millwall manager? Rowlett and Hughton were mentioned by one contributor as potential suitors of the vacancy but are there are any others that you might want in charge? I do wonder whether the current Stoke manager (who appears to be on his way out) would be a good fit because of the good work he did at Luton with their budget.
Also, would they be given any money to spend. I though Neil Harris did well in the summer changing things around, and I am sure that Smith will get you goals and also save some from set pieces in your own end.
Not on here to wind anyone up.....
