Total Saints Podcast - Season 2019/20

Yes, the international break is over and Saints are back in action - so, therefore, (with Adam away again) are Ben, Lucy and Steve.

Episode 88 sees us chat through the key talking points from the Molineux fixture - including more VAR discussion.... - as well as reflecting on Ross Wilson leaving the sunny South Coast for the cold and dark of Scotland.

Finally, there is also a preview of next Friday's game against high-flying Leicester City.

I’ve not got too the post P0mpey game one yet (that’s my next one).

I think I may just listen to the P0mpey one over and over for the next few weeks. It better be a good one chaps (and chapess)!

Thanks Ben, once again. My only contact with Barton Peverill was running against them for Andover Grammar School in the annual TAB athletics tournament in he early 70’s, which you’re all far too young to remember!

So sorry Adam has gone, I really enjoyed his reflections though. As you say, keep marching on!

 

Barton Pevril had a teacher who did the county football team... Pete somebody. Anyone remember?

Edit: I’m wrong... wrong college. Pete was at Richard Taunton, however the football coach at BP was his assistant. I think his name was Hedley Wooldridge (??)

 

Yes, it’s true – **insert fanfare sound effect** – Saints have won a Premier League game at St. Mary's!!

Along with Matt Markstone (from Southampton Dell_ivery Podcast), we chat through the key moments from a big 3 points - as well as generally counselling each other on the shock!
