Huddersfield Town v Swansea City Competition - Sky Bet Championship Venue - John Smiths Stadium Date - 26 November 2019 Kick off - 19.45 Following their abysmal performance at home to Millwall which ended in a 0-1 defeat, next up for the Swans is a visit to Yorkshire to play The Terriers. Against Millwall, a flat first-half failed to ignite despite late chances at both ends, with man of the match Wallace closest to an opening goal. After a period of Swansea pressure in the second half, the Millwall midfielder struck with a powerful, curling free-kick. The hosts desperately searched for an equaliser but substitute Borja Baston squandered their best opportunity, lifting a tame effort wide. A third win from Rowett's first four games in charge lifted Millwall up to 10th in the Championship table, four points adrift of the play-off places. The Swans now occupy the last of those spots, dropping down from fourth after a fourth defeat from their past six home fixtures. Whilst the Swans were losing to Millwall, Marc Roberts' header cancelled out Fraizer Campbell's opener as Birmingham City earned a point at Huddersfield. Campbell scored his second goal of the season in the 55th minute after latching on to a through ball from Trevoh Chalobah. The Blues equalised with 12 minutes left when Roberts met a flick-on from a corner to head past Kamil Grabara. The Terriers' goalkeeper then made a smart stop to deny substitute Alvaro Gimenez a late winner. The draw left Huddersfield three points above the relegation zone, with Birmingham 14th in the table. The Swans have played the Terriers on 54 occasions, winning 15, drawing 15 but losing 24. Arguably the most important and memorable meeting between the teams was the Autoglass Trophy Final in 1994 which saw the match finish 1-1 at full time, with the Swans winning 3-1 on penalties Turning to Tuesday evening, Cooper has a big job on his hands to galvanise the squad after Saturday. Hopefully, the Manager will make changes and the Swans will maintain their unbeaten away record. 1-1
