    Nowhere near.

They're allowed to class season cards as attendees as ‘paid seats’, which I think is daft.

Nah we haven't, nowhere near. I just wish we had a manager with that mindset who wants to attack and press.

I’d like to think he’s playing a system that fits the players’ limitations but I could be wrong

I see our assistant getting some stick for saying it’s a decent point.
A bit of an analogy. Let’s say we’re in the pl, 1-0 down after 3 minutes against Man Utd. We get a draw despite playing the last 14 minutes with a man wrongly sent off. Who’s be happy?

Blackpool are 5th. We were 11th. In reality we’ve just done that. We’ve taken a point despite going a goal down to a team fighting fir the top spots. It wasn’t pretty. A point wasn’t a good “result” in reality. But we got back into the game and improved massively on recent showings. Sadly the “improved massively” says more about our recent performances than today’s. We were ok at best today!! But that is a big improvement on what we have been.
I’m not supporting the manager or against him or anything. I just want to see my club win matches. Not bothered who’s in charge

Blackpool came on the back of a very decent run of results and are in the top six, we are in mid-table and have been on a nightmare run, amid rumours of dressing room factions and some fans shouting for another change of manager. We go a goal down in the first few minutes, and the stage is set for a collapse yet the team begin to fight back, the crowd sense that the players are trying and not hiding, and get behind them and we go in level at the interval, in the second half we look capable of winning the game, as we did the game before, which we lost at the death. We were up against it again when harshly reduced to 10 men by an inconsistent referee, so again we could have lost a game against the odds in the last few minutes, but no we kept going and still tried to win the game at this late stage and came out with a point. Not a great result on paper, but a very good one in the circumstances. Its time to support the club and get behind the manager, faults and all, until he has a bit of time to make his changes. If he can do it with Wyke, who looked good again yesterday who knows what he may achieve, I live in hope, their is little choice, like it or not. Listening to PP on the radio interviews yesterday he sounds really down and who can blame him, its been a dreadful start for him and us. But blanket negativity is contagious and self fulfilling, and in many cases borders on downright sabotage, no names but some are a lot more vocal than others. OaU.

If the players are having a proper go it won't be long before opinion swings round on Parkinson. If that happens and he sets the team up to attack I won't have much of a problem with him personally.

More excuse making from some of our fans. We are absolutely ****, we cant beat anyone, even at home, and here some of our fans are, once more, justifying complete mediocrity.

A home draw against Blackpool to go with the other 2 wins in 12 games that PP has inflicted upon us, is, frankly, rubbish.

It’s not “excuse making” its “having a positive outlook” 2 completely different things. But you’ll be one of these “I’m realistic because I’m negative “ types

Its not making excuses, I am as critical of the players and managers as anyone on this forum, but since the play off defeat it has become apparent that we are not going to bounce straight back up as we had all hoped. Being realistic, automatic promotion looks improbable and even the play offs will be an achievement from the current position, there's hope yes, but we are where we are. We did OK yesterday nothing more nothing less, there is ample room for improvement sure, and if it does not come, he will go, but yesterday was a step in the right direction imo. I want to see more progress of course but wont be calling out for instant fixes or heads to roll every five minutes, unlike some. My old mans favourite player was Bobby Gurney by the way. <ok>

Just watched highlights and unless I’m missing something there was nothing wrong with Dobson’s tackle that got him a 2nd yellow. Their lad made a right meal of it.

No, just thought I'd would say it before any one else as it seems a popular word at the moment.
