There are two choices imo. One wrap that in a vinegar soaked bandage that will draw out bruising and swelling, old school method that worked through my football career or nip to your local A and E and get that xrayed
It looks a lot like my ankle did when I tore the ligaments. But I wouldn’t want to play Dr on that. Definitely worth a trip to A and E just in case
Me and my lass were play fighting yesterday morn. I hooked my leg round the back of hers and tried to trip her up. She pulled me down on top of her, my foot stayed planted on the floor and my leg moved with me .
