Surely it's now time to re-name this thread as:
"The thread for Watford, Oslo, Stroller, Frome and Cologne to have their own discussion group about how they're right about the world vision of Corbyn and Momentum and to discuss exactly how the right wing press lost the election for their beloved party and how the worst election result for Labour in tens of decades is a sign of just how stupid all those who don't share their world view are"?

 

I doubt I share many of Corbyn’s views but he was the lesser of two evils for me. It’s the first time I’ve voted Labour, a vote in theory to make myself worse off, and possibly the last. I still believe giving this Tory cabinet free reign to do as it pleases is a quite scary prospect for the most vulnerable in society. There are some truly hideous characters within it although I still think many are feigning it for popularity.

I think some of what Corbyn was proposing would’ve benefitted a lot of people but he didn’t play the game. The vast majority of people in this country aren’t going to invest much time into their vote so personalities and slogans are essential. That’s not calling people thick although a political strategy should also take into account that much of the country is unbelievably thick. Cummings’ strategy was careful to take this into account.

 

Labour thought it could win without the working class.
This country was never going to elect a leader who hates his own country and openly supported Hamas, Hezbollah and the IRA.
These Marxist extremists had little support outside the London bubble of champagne socialists and still they cannot work out how calling leavers thick racists and allowing their momentum thugs to run things would lead to anything other than this crushing defeat.
Bolsover has never voted Tory, yet this is what they did when faced with Corbyn's vision.
The working class have abandoned them and the Tories are now their natural vote.
This Islington based protest group bares no comparison to the Labour movement that created the NHS, but are too deluded and extreme to care.
Boris, imo is a liberal, one Nation Tory who will repay the north and everywhere else for their votes.
If he doesn't, I'll be the first to say so.
He's already planning to put into law his spending plans for the NHS.

Labour in it's present form will never be elected.

 

He's going to legislate for 40 new hospitals and 50,000 extra nurses? Excellent.

Naz Shah, a key ally of leader Jeremy Corbyn, retweeted and liked a post on the Twitter page by a parody account of left-wing writer Owen Jones.
The post read: “Those abused girls in Rotherham and elsewhere just need to shut their mouths. For the good of diversity.”

He’s clearly not the leader enough people want and I sincerely hope they elect a more palatable character for next time but it’s no coincidence that the one Labour leader to win an election is the one who was loved by Murdoch. It was too left wing a manifesto for us but really wouldn’t have been considered so in other European countries. Corbyn’s idealist fault for not recognising that.

I wouldn’t say they’ve abandoned the working class. They’ve tried to help the worst off and consigned them to five more years of food banks, **** schools and a declining NHS instead.

Just scrolling through the #ResignCorbyn on Twatter and it's amazing the level of support he still has from the blind faithful, Labour are surely set for oblivion with the current regime dictating policy. Whoever is elected will be Corbyn in a skirt...
