I’m quietly disappointed that everyone’s joining my gang. I used to be comfortable assuming we’d lose while everyone was booking their hotels for Wembley! It’s not affecting me though, I feel no need to assume even worse just cos everyone else is...so on average I’m a fairly optimistic City fan now! stats init
I'm not sure why you're dragging this out a second day by referring again to my post. My opinion is that in light of what has happened at the club over the recent years, it reflects badly on the fan base and is poor form to demand a man lose his job. You disagree and are happy to do so from the sidelines of relative anonymity online. We have opposing opinions on the matter, but that's life and we move on. There's no need or interest to carry the discussion on.
You’re a bit of a condescending ****, well quite a lot. But appear to love the attention. we’ve had a few like you.
There was no **** hand dealt, Terry knew what game was being played when he took his seat at the table. He hasn’t been playing blind, he’s actually chosen his own cards, 15 of them. He just doesn’t know how to play them. It’s time for him to do the honourable thing & step aside.
Says the poster who's dragged the subject on for close to 100 posts, despite overwhelming contrary opinions to his own stance. The Earth spins, time crosses zones. I haven't been to bed yet. Same day. Take a break.
That's your little interpretation and for me, you are welcome to have it. It's a football forum, there are fundamental disagreements of opinion. If it affects you that much and generates such a strong level of dislike, you're better off saving your energy, writing your thoughts in a personal diary, then just reading them back and agreeing with them time and time again. Have a great day.
I'm sorry if you feel that way. I appreciate I'm in the minority, but I'm happy to explain why I feel the way I do. I don't have a problem with having a view that goes against the main and have tried to do it pleasantly until insulted. All the best.
It won't be me who insulted you. Although it could be interpreted you may have obliquely insulted me: "You disagree and are happy to do so from the sidelines of relative anonymity online." Post # 325. As you say, it's a football forum.
The difference is that Billy was performing on the pitch and just drinking in his free time, as was Waggy, Bullard wasn't performing at all (while being paid a fortune) and I'm pretty sure Lager and Coke don't aid recovery.
You think it reflects badly on the fan base, that they want a manager who hasn't won a game for over two months, who refuses to change anything week after week and is free falling towards relegation, to lose his job? There isn't a fan base in this country that wouldn't want the same thing in the same circumstances.
That would be a disaster too. we need an experienced manager in, I doubt it’s going to happen now tho.
