@TC (Lovely Geezer) If Championship games are played behind closed doors because of Coronavirus, wont this hand Millwall a huge advantage? Judging by your crowds, Millwall have been doing it for years.
North Korea have come up with an interesting way of preventing the spread of Coronavirus. Anyone infected is being shot dead.
The Leader of the Free World has announced that the Coronavirus is fake news. Blimey, that's a relief. especially for North Koreans.
Since this new policy of shooting sufferers... North Korea have had NO reports of new cases... perhaps the rest of the world should follow suit?
That's what Kim and Donald have in common. Neither ever met a problem they couldn't shoot. Well, until that business about kneecapping Mexicans.
I think the government are doing all the right things, and hope they don't change course. The scientific research should be more out in the open.
I think the initial wave of panic buying of non perishable items (toilet rolls) will ease off soon. Folks can stockpile bog roll, but they probably won't be using it at a faster rate than usual. Of more concern I think is food that has a fairly short shelf life - bread and milk, meat and veg, that kind of thing. I've stocked up to a modest degree with tins of stuff, pasta, that kind of thing. Not more than my food cupboard can hold, but now it's full now rather than two thirds empty as it usually is. I wouldn't buy too much chilled or frozen food, as it will not last long if there are power cuts.
Restauranteurs & cafe owners have been extremely grateful for my custom over the last week. I’m serious. You can also get some unbelievable hotel upgrades in London at the moment.
I've stopped using restaurants and fast food places. No guarantee that your food hasn't been prepared by somebody who has the virus.
