It's a shame you've decided to alter your original post Shaks.

Leaving that particular content aside I find it really disappointing what some people repeatedly post.

Maybe I've just lost my sense of humour (again), but you would hope that posters would be able to work out for themselves when something has become tiresome and ultimately annoying.

Showing a little bit of empathy and adjusting accordingly shouldn't be too much to expect in my opinion.

Moscow just gone into full lockdown.

You're only allowed out to go to the nearest shop or pharmancy. If you need to walk the dog then it's a maximum of 100m from your home and that's it...oh you can take the trash out as well.

Should we do that here and try to get on top of things quicker ?

You will in two weeks likely. Gradually easing people into full lockdown so it won’t come as too big a shock

I think it is a fine balancing act, those that are or who will still die with the measures we have in place compared to the extra lives it would save with a full lock down and then compared to those who will suffer anxiety, depression, domestic abuse, child abuse the longer the lock down continues and just how strict we actually get with it

Also been hearing and speaking to a nurse to confirm, some life saving operations being cancelled, one a man with cancer whose son as put an appeal out on Facebook and a lady with bowel cancer. These should be added to an indirect list because without the operations both will die.

I'm going to sound like a spoilt brat here but I need to vent!

There are three of us (me,wife and our 7 year old boy) in the house. Wife working from home, boy at home from school and I am schooling the boy until 13:30 before working until midnight Mon to Thurs. At home Fri, Sat and Sun.

They are driving me crazy! I'm doing my nut after 6 days! It sounds like most people are just sat watching Netflix and chilling out. I've never been as busy. I'm getting nagged to **** by both of them. I'll give you an example.....

I decided to make a roast beef dinner today for the 3 of us. All the trimmings. I shut myself in the kitchen with the radio on whilst the young un played his nintendo switch and the wife was sat settled watching the telly. Before I'd even mixed the Yorkshire pudding batter the lad is in and out asking me about his game, like every two minutes. Then she wanders in and announces she is bored. Starts emptying the dishwasher, putting the washing machine on, disinfecting the surfaces etc. :emoticon-0121-angry I snap at her for getting in the ****ing way and enquire if she would like to cook dinner. She gets ****ty with me and walks out!:emoticon-0178-rock: Lad is still in and out asking questions about a game I never play.

Wife comes back in with laptop "I'm going to order some food for delivery from the farm shop!" she says. "Do you know what we need?" I reply. "Yes!" she says.

Literally 30 seconds later "what do you think I should order?". I'm like "**** knows! Do we have to do this now?".......little lad walks in "Daddy how do I.....?"

This has been for 6 days now! Coronavirus or not. I'm not sure we are all going to survive this!

I’m just waiting for Johnson to tighten the screw further. If they bring in a rule you have to go to your nearest food shop I’ll probably get arrested for disobeying it, as it’s a crappy little coop with crap food and, more to the point, as crowded as anything so go in there and you might as well just inject yourself with the virus.

Sounds like a significant change from their earlier policy of “You can only die if Putin orders your death!”

Firstly Emu, thank you for sharing that with us. We're all probably going to need somewhere to offload at some point of the coming weeks and I'm sure it's better done here amongst friends than perhaps escalating the situation at home.

Just be aware whatever you're feeling the other members of your immediate family will be feeling too. We all express our inner emotions differently of course so sometimes it's difficult to realise what's actually going on within those around us.

Perhaps give your wife a hug and ask her how she's feeling, whilst at the same time explaining this unique situation will take a little bit of adjusting to for all of us.

    Please treasure your family.

They have anxieties and insecurities too. Try to be more patient and slow the anger impulses. I understand you are burning the candle from both ends with a very hot flame, but remember they are the two most important people in your life.

Come here to share frustration and anger, it will be more therapeutic, I promise.

    Good luck mate!
