Please observe the lockdown rules everyone. Bearing in mind why Seb is no longer with us, it could not be more important. The mail service is still working...
sorry for late reply.. had a mad hunt for dentists that are open and now on a multitude of antibiotics. all mine went, got the arse with RD and sold them, aside from my 1998 shirt.
Yes, the mosaic looks very good. Heartfelt. I went along hoping to see the unveiling, but I have a tight schedule on match-days and had to be somewhere else shortly after 2pm. Quite a crowd was gathering (and I am naturally wary of crowds still, despite being double-jabbed). It was a pity that whoever organises the car park allowed vehicles to be parked in several bays close to the mosaic's location. There was one large van parked sideways on almost opposite, which meant nobody could stand where it stood, or behind its location (as the view was completely blocked by it of course). A bit of planning, and they surely could have kept the 7 or 8 bays closet to the mosaic free of vehicles. It would have been a minor and one-off inconvenience only. I stayed as late as I could (about 2:10) but the unveiling had not been done by then, so I had to take my leave. I did hear the Sebbo song afterwards as I was leaving so I guess I missed the unveiling by only a minute or so. Well done to the hundreds of fans who made the effort to be there. About 40 minutes later as I was walking back towards the lower west turnstiles I saw the mosaic. Very colourful and lively looking - a fine tribute.
