I see that fking oddbod has made a few posts since he failed to show up and meet me back in January. I'd post the cnut a white feather if I could actually work out how to post photos on the SMB.

I've wondered for a while if the agreement between Donald and FPP centres on what % of the club the £9 million equates to.

    Donald thinks it's 20 or 25%.

FPP think it's 50%. FPP say to him, come back when you realise that we've been right all along.

In all honesty, are we worth even £20m now? The footballing staff are next to worthless. A few bob in for some of the players if it were done, but set against wage and contract liabilities, I can't see it being much.

We have a ground and training set up of a high order, but it's just that. It would cost a fortune to build it, but that's not the same thing as it being worth it.

These chancers are going to lose a lot of money, or at least in the case of SD as I think that the garrulous gobshite actually put zero pounds in. They just appear to have not yet realised it. We, it looks like, are going to suffer the piled on agonies of being appropriated by con men.

Aye, they've ****ed it up alright @rowley

That first season in League 1 was a massive opportunity for them and us.

Talked a good talk and that's it.

The more I have thought about this season ticket fiasco the only plan I think they have is to put the club into administration. Therefore not needing to pay back the 20m, they can walk away with that money as their profit !
    A meringue?
Severely reduced incoming revenue = blame the fans for not renewing.
    These are sinister people

The £20m is magic beans. If they had been honest about it and paid Ellis £35m they could’ve used that money to pay off the debt and they’d have no need to pay it back. Due to the way they have done it they’ve had to write the debt off. I’m kind of cool with all that but what I’m not cool with is them thinking the club is worth £35m (if they include the magic bean £20m) when in actual fact it’s worth around £15m. I imagine the FPP thought it was worth £12m and the £9m they have put in will give them 74% share holding (SD’s) stake. As I’ve said previously Rodwell turning up smacks to me of getting everyone inside the tent as per their agreement prior to a sale. If that doesn’t come off then it’s FPPs. The ticketing fiasco is nowt mysterious probably just them being ****.

Is there anything in the rumour that Bergkamp and his consortium is one of those interested in us? I know they had been looking at a premier league clubs but that was the last I heard

The extract belown if from RTG.
Does any one think it has credance?

I don't claim to have inside information or have contacts at the club
A good friend of mind has a lot to do with the running of one of the local supporters groups. He does speak with people from the club from time to time and has given me bits of gossip he has been told.
I just keep these to myself and treat them as such "gossip".
The thing is that last few thing he came out with have been spot the likes of the take over, who was behind it etc a few weeks before it became public knowledge.
The last thing he told me was a week before it was announced that the takeover had sort of fallen and they were just going to loan the club some money instead.
The strange thing he did say was that the plan from then was for SD to basically run the club down keep the 10 million then go bankrupt and the Americans would take control of the club.
At the time I took this as a pinch of salt as I couldn't see how this would actually benefit SD.
The more things carry on the more im thinking it could be true, does anyone if doing this could actually benefit SD
