Not racing related Pops. Have you been to Quince Honey Farm its on the road to South Molton. Its a couple of hours from where you are but its well worth a visit. I absolutely love the stuff they produce. They transported 300 hives this year up to Scotland due to the weather conditions allowing a late heather nectar flow. This was their first year getting a flow from Scottish heather. They also produce chutney and marmalade, my wife likes the chutney but the honey and marmalade are right up my street.

We ve just been out for a bike ride and it's been blue skies and sunny since around 9am with no rain. It is starting to cloud over now..maybe one or two showers this pm but not that that really matters as it will be testing conditions but not the worst..

I 'll bear that in mind Joe. Thanks for the recommendation.I remember the south Molton road you could take off in your car if you sped up enough..:emoticon-0142-happy

Would have been closer to me if I was still in Bristol but now I m 9 miles north of Cheltenham racecourse bit more of a distance....

Rouge Vif was my fancy of the entire meeting so a bit annoying he is out.
Defi du Seuil should win but there is still that nagging doubt from the Champion Chase, and he is up against a serious improver and the Arkle winner.
    Put the Kettle on...just.

THE BIG BREAKAWAY should win the first. DISCORAMA the second, but look out for Big River at a bigger price.
i see Harry Cobden now rides SIR PSYCHO who should go close in the Greatwood. The Nicholls horse can go close in the 3.35 but I will stick with THIRD TIME LUCKY who has followed up a 4th in the Festival bumper with 2 wins this autumn.

If anyone has a working link for Racing TV could they PM me with it? Those buggers at Dubai Racing seem to be only interested in flat racing (or riderless camels).

220 zylan 10s across the board , returning to a favoured trip of a nice mark and a 7lb claim to go with it

For me too please. I also watched the races through Dubairacing. I'm afraid there must be some problem with Racing TV. Since some days ago I can't see them and it's very strange that yesterday they didn't connect neither with Cheltenham nor with Punchestown.

Ground looks fine to be honest and what a great finish there. Bryony got a lovely tune out of Yala Enki - the old boy really doesn't know how to run a bad race.

The hype about that Saint Roi was ridiculous <laugh>

had beat absolutely nothing, won a handicap with no weight against grade 2 horses, thats a massive career best in defeat against champion hurdle no hopers

Oooh, thought Jason was going to get back up there. Saint Roi given a brutal ride by his jockey, made a hames of it in a 5 runner field. Well done Abracadabras.
