so not just me thinking the ref is having a 'mare...wyke was a good distance from their keeper who ran out and booted the ball off him, basically, bad decision from ref and more so when the self same thing happens our end and not even a free kick...grant going mental at the ref early doors after that late tackle shows they must feel the same.

football wise, not a lot to say...some nice moves let down by bad control or final ball not quite right, they seem happy to hoof it and we should mop those up all day..2nd half has to be better.

I’m chilled. Just can never tell when people are “having a laugh” or simply dislike wyke regardless of anything he’s managed this season.

if yours was a Micky take then I took it wrong and I apologise

I'm just saying he's not suited to this game.

Northampton have too much strength and height, we need to play around them not through them.

Watching on a Northampton stream today. The commentator is an absolute weapon.

I know that’s exactly what you said mate. Never aimed my comment at you. More at the person quoted and others who routinely forget how much Wyke has done for us this season. I agree totally this game is not for him. Need a Gooch/Maguire to play this one

Brill summing up, hope LJ is listening, we should take this team apart but not playing it this way that's what they want and we could well loose this game . its another test for LJ. We will soon see if he is up for it.

Agree about Diamond starting mate. Anyone actually know what the purpose of Max Power is on a football pitch?

We have played their game not ours. Their centre halves want it in the air. When we shift it wide they look useless - facing their own goal they look scared. Get Diamond to stick wide along with McGeady and beat the man to the touch line then look for tbe pull back. Id be also tempted to get gooch in as the centre attacking player instead of Wyke.

After the free kick that Scowen conceded after his yellow, they went after the referee big style, think I would swap him out at half time to make sure they don't get him sent off and maybe the same with Wyke. If Gooch is fit enough maybe it's a good shout for Wyke and maybe Embleton for Scowen

    Exactly what I'd do.

McGeady and Diamond need to be glued to the touchlines but swap wings every 10 minutes.

Maguire has to come on for Scowen before we end up with 10 men.

But, above all else, stop giving the ball away when we're not under any pressure ffs.

    I like our two lads.

I know they're ridiculed on RTG but, to be honest, who isn't <doh>

Scowen needs replacing at half time, he's contributing nowt, and a Red Card is awaiting.

We are off the pace, I reckon the virus has taken it's toll. Just watching McGeady his second touch has been a tackle and that's not like him.

Three points for the taking because these lot are poor

I don't mind them. Collins actually talks sense and not the obvious stuff, it's well thought out and basically the same kind of thing a fan thinks about. Not that fussed on Frankie but you can't have everything <laugh>
