I think Mou has won over even the most hostile of supporters. I saw his first Chelsea side demolish teams with his supreme tactics, squad fitness, and sheer class. Once he has HIS players in the positions that he needed to fill, the rest (as they say) was history. People so readily forgot just what a fantastic manager he was, and all too easily got caught up in the "park the bus" bullshit, that became the media narrative. I never doubted that his appointment was the best thing to happen to this club in all the years that I have supported it. Poch was great, Jol was great, Harry was great, but Mourinho is on a completely different level. This season, we will see the beginnings of what Spurs can be. Given Mou another two windows, and I have absolutely no doubt that we will see the best Spurs squad that any of us have seen since 61/62 (which was before I was born).
Poor game management by Jose tonight, oddly doesn’t replace Kane with a striker. So what’s your thoughts on Jose. I thought he would take you to the next level but 2 wins in 8 games since topping the table isn’t great
Pretty much. Hard to see where the improvement’s coming from. Tons of poor decisions that seem to increase rather than decrease. We’re getting Jose 3rd season syndrome in year 2, lol.
players fighting at Half Time - rumoured to be Loris and Aurier who then walked out of stadium! And so it starts
