    Disappointingly accurate.

At some point people need to realise it's the management and coaching that's being found wanting, not just the players.

Apologies if that's deemed negative but what the **** are we expected to be now?

Those players are coached into that level of performance.

Disappointing game. Surely one of the chances should have been taken. We don’t have anyone that can turn a game into our favour apart from Fernandes. All the others are too predictable. Rashford and Martial seem so off form. Cavani had hardly any chance whatsoever.

we will struggle to finish top 4 this season.

Our form over the last 6 PL games...

    D D W D L W

That is fcking shameful. We can laugh at Livpl but we're not much better.

And above all, it shows this is not just sporadic results but a trend of mediocrity permeating within the club.

Martial shouldn't be getting a game.

We've got a left winger in the squad named Daniel James but he's not given a look in, instead our coaches have given up on him and persist with likes of Martial and Rashford playing out of position because they are big names.

If we don't get top four would you accept it's down to the management or just continue to blame the players themselves?

We're going to get utterly dicked by Real Sociedad by the way. And you know what, I don't really care.

If we end up potless and lower than where we finished last season he needs to go imo.

Hopefully at some point they'll be held accountable for dismal failure in all the cup competitions and 'achieving' top four won't be seen as good enough.

Yeh I hate to say it but I think so. I also feel Carrick needs to cut his teeth in coaching somewhere else as well.

If anyone thinks it's the players and not the manager or coaches and their footballing philosophy, please just look at this...

    WBA 0-3 Leicester
    WBA 1-5 Palace
    WBA 0-3 Villa
    WBA 0-5 Leeds
    WBA 0-4 Arsenal
    WBA 0-5 Man City

You can add losing at home to five points Sheffield United to that.

That being the case then who should replace him - Allegri seems the only available candidate unless we opt for youth and go for the likes of Nagelsmann?

I honestly can't say. I accept that's a pretty important question but I'm just not watching enough football outside the Prem to know.

At the beginning of the season when we were terrible, I pointed out it was the best time to get rid of Ole. Delay it any longer, then he gets run of great results that would ease the pressure. But toward the latter end of the season, he would flame out yet again.

This is a repeating pattern season after season. Surely, those that are claiming that Ole needs more time need to start facing the simple facts by analyzing the results and trends and conclude that under Ole, this hugely talented team will always be “almost men”. What a fkin shame!!

There’s an ocean of managers out there. Let’s stop being so binary in our thinking. The club needs to go out and find a decent manager that they want and they will get them regardless of whether or not they are currently employed. Any of those managers would jump at the opportunity to manage this team. Heck, get Diego Simeone in! He would jump at the opportunity!

I genuinely think we're approaching 'lost the dressing room' time.

    Fernandes's face says a lot.

He's been digging the coaching out of many a hole for a year now and he starting to look pissed off with it.

My only concern is that unless we go for proven talent, a been there, done that top manager, we are back in the realm of hoping that the next guy adapts to the PL and it all works out. Yes, there are numerous managers out there, but who is to say they can hack it at a club like ours. If we are taking a gamble on an unknown we could risk sliding back the way we came under Moyes, LVG and JM. For me, the manager after Ole would have to be an established talent - and there aren't many of those.

The club should be out there looking for suitable candidates. This has never been done properly since Fergie left, not once.

Ole should never have been given the job, it was knee jerk based on a decent run if results under no pressure, but no point going back over that.

Since then he's been given ample opportunity, he should be replaced at the end of the seaosn. Having won nothing, without doubt.

I actually think he'd make a decent DoF as his signings are good in the main.

    Allegri
    Simeone
    Naglesman

    There's three to consider.

It's a shame but I think Ancelotti would be perfect for us. Although with his age it wouldn't be anything long term. Unfortunately Everton got him.
