How well did O'Nien do at CB btw, blocked loads, didn't put a foot wrong defensively and brought it out well the whole game. He doesn't get a lot of credit for his talent but being able to play so many different positions like he's been doing it for years doesn't mean he's a Jack of all trades it means he's a talented lad.

Hopefully Johnson sees that and next season we'll have a squad that'll allow him to play in midfield even with a couple of injuries in defence.

Probably man of the match. I liked Power's display tonight. Was making passes forward the midfielders weren't and stepped into midfield positions in the second half when we were chasing equaliser and winner. Disappointed with Gooch tonight. Again, shows how lucky we are to have such a good big squad.

Absolutely a talented lad. My favourite player since we came down to this division. Amazed he hasn’t had higher level suitors mind. He does the simple things well, is rarely beaten in the air or on the ground and can move the ball well too. Need him tying down to a new contract

Just thought, weren’t Tranmere relegated/****ed over by the EFL average points mess last season. Pleased they getting a final too. Although hope we still beat them.

    Yeah, noticed that ...

... I always look at how the team celebrate a goal and there's been a sea change recently.

Looking beyond McGeady, is that Power trying to poach one of their players, we are short of CB,s atm, and he wasn't that bad, in fact not bad at all.

I got your post and Smugs mixed up ( picturewise ) its the one showing McGeadys reaction, and just behind him Power is talking to Adam Jackson, I mistakenly thought you were referring to that picture. <sorry> for the confusion, my mistake.
